- 2 C. uncooked spiral pasta (gluten free)
- 2lb ground beef
- 2 small onions, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 3-4 C. spaghetti sauce
- 1/2 C. sour cream
- 2 C. shredded mozzarella cheese
Cook pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile in large saucepan cook the beef, onions, and garlic until meat is no longer pink. drain. Stir meat mixture and spaghetti sauce into pasta. Mix well. transfer to a 9x13 baking dish. Spread with sour cream. Top with cheese. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Uncover and bake 5-10 minutes longer or until bubbly. Serves 8-10
