- 3 15 oz cans great northern beans, rinsed and drained
- 3 cups cubed cooked chicken breast
- 1 15 oz jar alfredo sauce1 cup shredded
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1-2 4 oz cans chopped green chilies
- 1 cup shredded monterey jack cheese
- 1 cup shredded pepper jack cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 small sweet yellow pepper, chopped
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 1/2 tsp white pepper
- 1 to 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
Directions
- In a 5-6 quart slow cooker combine all ingredients
- Cover and cook on low for 3/4 hours or until heated through, stirring once.
